MOSCOW, Sep 5 (PRIME) -- Russian steelmaker Severstal will allocate more than 1 billion rubles to upgrade a second metal finishing facility at the Cherepovets Steel Mill, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company plans to expand the facility and build metal treatment units that will allow the plant to increase shipments of high-quality metal products to clients by 650,000 tonnes per year, Severstal said.
